Partnerships
Clear Policy Journal considers collaborations that help readers encounter relevant material without blurring the line between editorial coverage and promotion. Describe the proposed audience, format and relationship through the Contact page.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly defined educational or publishing collaborations, supported explainers and partner placements that are relevant to public policy literacy. A proposal should state what each party would provide, who the intended readers are and whether payment, materials or another form of support is involved.
Placement and labelling
Partner placements may appear in designated areas across the publication, including recurring placements visible on more than one page. Each paid or partner-supported placement is labelled clearly, and partner material is kept distinct from independent editorial articles. We do not promise editorial coverage in return for a placement.
Editorial boundaries
Partners do not choose editorial conclusions, suppress criticism or receive a guarantee of favourable coverage. We may decline proposals that are misleading, out of scope or difficult to label plainly. Any collaboration must leave readers able to tell who is speaking and what kind of material they are reading.
How to propose a partnership
Use the Contact page and choose the partnership reason. Include the proposed format, subject, intended audience, timing and the nature of any support or payment. A proposal is subject to review and does not imply acceptance.
